Nathan what they've done is?
"LOST THEIR WAY ON THE PATHWAY OF BEING THE BEST!"
THEY'RE MAKING CAMERAS NO ONE? WELL MOST OF US 60 YEAR DEDICATED TO LEICA
USERS CAN'T AFFORD! :-(
Now they're being mentally over run trying to produce an "i-camera" camera
to compete with the i-phone cameras of the world? Another LEICA failure!
WATCH! :-(
Just read the copy and it almost  sounds like an 
i-phone promo!!!!!!!
I suppose the easiest way of looking at this idiocy is? 
My life time is near it's end and I need not bother with LEICA any longer
and their continuing idiocy of camera manufacturing? 
But dang folks it's been one hell of a fantastic ride with them for 65 plus
years! Day after day, assignments about the world beyond your wildest
imagination! I still have an M8 and several lenses, a DIGILUX 2, M6 I gave
to my grandson. 
Oh well I guess they can put the M8 in the pine box with me, a spare battery
and charger along with my Noctilux f 1.0! Heck of a thought! :-)

I got the announcement from Leica and forwarded it to the list with a
comment, but I guess the filter stopped it since it contained an image. My
comment was that at first I thought it was joke, but apparently it is not.
Leica is now officially into toy cameras.
