Yesterday we had lunch with two other couples. The habit among us is that everyone brings a dish and a bottle of wine (even if the hosts provide the bulk of the goodies). On this occasion, my brave wife made a new recipe she had just seen in a magazine; courgettes stuffed with goat cheese, roasted peppers and some other good things. They looked and tasted delicious:
