I agree, I don’t like neither the “Halloween”, this is not our tradition, on the other hand I absolutely agree the Ted’s words. I don’t know in Alicante but in Catalonian the tradition is “La Castañada”, with some special cookies called “Panallets” (Catalan name), the tradition is have some “Castañas”, “Boniatos” (Sweet potatos), “Pananllets” and some of the sweet wine “Moscatel” you already know ….
