[Leica] EF lenses on the SL

Currently two SL lenses, plus it can take M lenses as well.... I have seen some on the lists running M/SL systems by choice but needing Canon for some things, they now can do without the latter bodies. Not my argument, I am not in the market for the current SL ;-)

Why not just buy a Canon 1DX Mk II in that case, for around the same price, and eschew the one solitary lens that Leica has, in its wisdom, made available? I know it does not have a red dot, but it is matched perfectly to those Canon lenses, and besides, it really is a state of the art digital camera body! :-) Cheers Jayanand
