[Leica] Curious M10 startup time issue

Just leave the camera on!  It has a great battery.  Touch the button
occasionally to keep it awake and it's always ready.

I'm using various cards from Transcend HC to SanDisk Extreme - 32 and 64
GB.  I don't notice much difference in startup time but I do keep the
camera on all the time.
