Not the set of staircases, but you did a good job including people in the frame

> I had an appointment at the Danish consulate in Madrid today. I went by high-speed train, and I bought the tickets so as to have some time to walk around Madrid a bit. Even though it was raining on and off, it was very enjoyable. I first walk through the Retiro park from the Atocha station (where trains from Alicante arrive) to Plaza Colón, where the consulate is located. The park was wet but pretty, and the rain made for some photogenic scenes.
