[Leica] [OM] IMGS: Riding the Dumb-waiter

They were and it even had a door.  The toilet was a Farsi john, also known
as a squatty potty - a hole in the ground, but Zahra had put a folding camp
stool with a toilet seat over it which was much better than most of the
johns in Iran!!  Not a good country to have artificial knees.
