Tina my dear Lady:
Please trust me, the blood and guts in the OR is so superior in BLACK&WHITE
when seen in the OR it's the "ONLY WAY TO GO!" 
Given my 40 years of shooting from birth to death in the OR, plus three
published coffee table books illustrating life in "the CUTTING LOUNGE!" :-)
B&W is the ONLY way to go!
