Meant to mention it but that guy getting medical attention (no. 68 Edward 
Theuns) had a very bad accident a couple of days later in the time trial 
when the very windy conditions caught out more than a few people who used 
aerodynamic rims or the full disk wheels. While those wheels are faster and 
save you time, controlling them at high speed, if you're caught in a strong 
side wind, is very fraught.

In the same windy stage, Julian Alaphilippe gave a demonstration of 
uncontrolled flying which was caught quite well in this picture.

The amazing thing is Alaphilippe gathered himself up again, finished the 
stage, and is still in the race.
