[Leica] Tina's book Las Familias

Hi Tina,
Sandy Carter has ordered a copy of your book for me as she lives near
Seattle and will pay US dollars instead of me having to pay a much higher
price in Canada due to the money exchange rate!
And I'll pick it up from her in a week or so when I'm over for a USA visit.
