Thanks, Nathan.  I'm still a lot more self-conscious than Lluis. I just 
propped my elbows on the counter and fired while talking, so as not to 
attract attention to what I was doing.  This young lady seems to be 
quieter, and more serious, than some of her co-workers.

If there is another opportunity, I would probably raise the ISO to 800, 
to get more DoF.
