[Leica] Nathan's PAD 7/4/2016: two Maastricht vignettes

I am spending a couple of days attending a course at the European Institute of Public Administration in Maastricht. Last night was “koopavond”, the day of the week when shops are open til 9 p.m. (normal closing times are around 6 p.m.). So the streets were lively with shoppers:
