Thanks, John. I checked the lenses that I had readily available, and
then searched for on-line sources, and found that there are a lot of
opinions, and it likely depends on the lens design and materials. Your
information is pretty close to what I would expect from what I have
found. The latest Leica lenses probably need no adjustment, but those
are a little out of my reach. :-)
