[Leica] Adobe Lightroom's Newest Update (RicCarter)

There are features in LRCC ( Maybe 6 too, not sure) that are valuable to most. One is the ability to have the program level your image to the horizon. Another is to eliminate converging verticals. There are others.

While both these features can be done by hand, using older versions, they are automated in the latest creation.

I am absolutely not a fan of $10 a month for the rest of your life software. However I firmly believe Adobe has full intention to move all its users to the CC versions, by eliminating the stand alone version and not making feature updates, or new camera model updates available, thus squeezing you to the CC versions.

Having said all of this, I do maintain the older, unimproved, stand alone versions of LR and PS on my computer.

My fear is that if I stop paying the $10 a month fee, theoretically, the changes I made to my images will need to be done all over again, because the Adobe engine will be shut down. And Adobe has not answered, to my satisfaction, what happens to your processed images if you stop paying their fee.....

I don't trust them.

I did not buy a LR6 update, but may have to if I get a camera that LR5 doesnt support.
