[Leica] IMG: Cuban Cigar

When we did cataract surgeries in Honduras, we carried our own sterilizer
with us.  The doctors would buy Cuban cigars in Honduras and put them in
the sterilizer to carry back to the USA.  They were never discovered ;-)
