Lluis,

It looks like you might have used the clone tool in Photoshop?  I say 
that because I can see what appears to be repeating features in the wall 
rock between their arms.  If so, another application of the clone tool 
will get rid of that.  Also the bride's arm looks to have a darker 
transition area, perhaps from masking?  I have had good luck with Topaz 
Remask for subjects like this.
