G'day Tina,
Say girl, I think you better hang-onto that fella as he certainly seems to
be a good one with all his capabilities at keepin' the home painted-up and
hangin' paper an' all! 

BUT!??  I'd keep a sharp eye on his paintin' capabilities though? Better to
cover the floor with big spongi matteress's before he starts. "Sur' as heck
cut down on possible docterin' bills!":-(
Besides the spongie stuff will soak-up all that spilled paint! "Save
clean'in time and nearly broken bones an' sore spots!" :-(

"G'day now!" have a good-one! But keep an eye on him!!!:-) :-)

Tom is back on the ladder again!  He finally finished painting the trim and
now we are wallpapering.  It takes two of us to do the wallpaper but we
hope to finish by tomorrow.
