[Leica] IMGS: Raw Oysters

Can't imagine having them in any other way than raw, freshly opened by your servant - a drop of lemon to add some acidity and check their condition - some use vinegar, I don't. 
Oyesters are one of the simplest and most delicious meals on earth. 
Ours are scheduled for Saturday night.
