PESO:

It rained the whole time we were in Hanoi.  We found the people much
friendlier in South Vietnam.  In Hanoi, there were many who did not want
their photos made and who were not interested in meeting tourists - the
opposite of the people we met in Siagon.  There were friendly people and
good food, but not as easy to find as in South Vietnam!
