Cartier Bresson certainly enjoyed a bit of scandalous fame as a result of his affair with Caresse Crosby. That lady had a dog called Clytoris. Apt, I call it. All of this suffuses the modern Leica brand, beloved as we know by rich Russians. Eggleston gave us "Democratic Photography" with his Leica, but Leica has swivelled and taken the route of "Oligarchic Photography".
