They are also called the Snake Bird, which becomes a pretty obvious name, after looking at the video. The curious thing about them, and the cormorant family in general, is that their feathers are not waterproof, extremely strange for a bird dependent on water for survival, which is why they are often seen in their iconic pose, wings spread apart for drying.
