Its hard to find American made tools, aside from ultra-high priced brands like Snap-On and Matco (and I don't think they'll sell to anyone but professional mechanics). Craftsman weren't quite that expensive, and were good. Now they're crap, but still expensive! -- Chris Crawford Fine Art Photography Fort Wayne, Indiana 260-437-8990 http://www.chriscrawfordphoto.com My portfolio http://www.facebook.com/pages/Christopher-Crawford/48229272798 Like My Work on Facebook ?On 9/13/18, 6:04 PM, "LUG on behalf of Tina Manley via LUG" <lug-bounces+chris=chriscrawfordphoto.com at leica-users.org on behalf of lug at leica-users.org> wrote: It's sad but they didn't keep up with the times. I agree about the tools. We always bought Craftsman when they were made in the USA. Now we have to search to find brands made in the USA. If it's at all possible, we never buy anything made in China. You are documenting a passing era. Tina On Thu, Sep 13, 2018 at 5:56 PM, Christopher Crawford < chris at chriscrawfordphoto.com> wrote: > The last Sears store in Fort Wayne is closing.
