My other eye is due, and I will again opt for the first option. The third option could go wrong - a close friend, a captain of industry, who can, and did, opt for the best that money can buy, both in terms of hardware and medical advice, is having a tough time because of a snafu, so be careful. Glasses are a small cross to bear for good vision.
