Interesting. Bravo to you if you can keep your daily calorie intake under 
1300!

I haven't been good at checking weight, but my trouser waist has gone 30" in 
my 20s, 32" in my 30s, 34" in my 40s, 36" in my 50s and now 38" in my 60s. I 
have read that the "bad fat" for health is round your waist, so rather than 
check weight/height keeping the waist less than 36" is a good target.
My mind is willing but the flesh is weak.
