PGA rules don't allow you to shoot while the golfer is in their backswing but if you don't shoot in the backswing, you won't get the ball in the shot, especially if you are shooting from the side. Those folks are moving that club fast! Part of the problem is being out of practice, catching peak action is definitely something you have to train yourself for.
