Or what do you think of these people? http://www.happyware.de/en/ They're more or less just up the road from me, close to Hamburg - I translated some marketing stuff for them recently - and they appear offer some pretty good custom deals. Maybe I'll ask them for a quote. I'm thinking of a limit of 2-2.5 thousand euros - so that should get me quite a bit of power and speed.
