[Leica] Not yet upgrading to LR4

Hi all you LR-experts

As LR4 is apparently incompatible with XP - and all my 
images, catalogs etc. are on an XP machine - will there 
be any problems just migrating these to a machine with 
Windows 7 and letting LR4 do the rest to connect up to 
them?
