My almost informed guess would be yes. And I don't know if some of the Nikons have already caught up with some of the Canons video wise. My guess from skimming through articles from the usual suspects D/preview. L/landscape is they almost have. I don't know how 1.5 crop video stands in relation to 1x crop. I'd think the 1.5 crop would be very strong. The shallow dof thing with DSLR video seems to be both its strength as well as a weak point. I think motion picture guys are used to having a ton of light gear with them to do anything.
