Nice lens. ;) Gene ----- Original Message ----- From: "Mark Rabiner" <mark at rabinergroup.com> To: "Leica Users Group" <lug at leica-users.org> Sent: Tuesday, December 13, 2011 12:15:56 PM GMT -06:00 US/Canada Central Subject: Re: [Leica] High Rez Bergdorf's window I check B&H and find that they sell a "kit" Nikon D700 SLR Digital Camera Kit with 24-120mm VR Lens for $3,996.90 (and you'd think you'd have to pay Four Grand for such a combo) This is a lens I'd kill for. The pix I'd do with one would take no prisoners. I'd never sleep. The lens itself cost thirteen hundred bucks and uses a 77mm filter. Not real Leica like. But will do in the interim. And faster than a measly 700 millions miles an hour too. If that's as fast as I could ever go I'd get a tune up! -- Mark R. http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/lugalrabs/onthisAutumnday/ > From: Mark William Rabiner <mark at rabinergroup.com> > Reply-To: Leica Users Group <lug at leica-users.org> > Date: Tue, 13 Dec 2011 13:05:07 -0500 > To: Leica Users Group <lug at leica-users.org> > Subject: Re: [Leica] High Rez Bergdorf's window > > Mine too. > -- > Mark R. > http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/lugalrabs/onthisAutumnday/ > > >> From: Gene duprey <grduprey at mchsi.com> >> Reply-To: Leica Users Group <lug at leica-users.org> >> Date: Tue, 13 Dec 2011 11:23:20 -0600 (CST) >> To: Leica Users Group <lug at leica-users.org> >> Subject: Re: [Leica] High Rez Bergdorf's window >> >> My D700 was lens free (No lens) > > Gene > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: >> "philippe.amard" <philippe.amard at sfr.fr> > To: "Leica Users Group" >> <lug at leica-users.org> > Sent: Tuesday, December 13, 2011 12:32:09 AM GMT -06:00 >> US/Canada Central > Subject: Re: [Leica] High Rez Bergdorf's window > > Le 13 d?c. >> 11 ? 01:36, Mark Rabiner a ?crit : > >> That's a perk on the nikon vs. canon >> lenses.
