Herbert you are in luck. A couple of years ago I edited a collection of
photographs contributed by Ted, Tina, Doug, Lluis and more and we made the
books available at cost through Blurb. That masterful photograph and a
number of superb Ted photographs accompany the other wonderful work in
these. I have made all of the photos visible within the previews.
