With Alamy I get a quote of $250 for print only, and $275 for print and e-book, and $200 additional for 1 year on a secondary screen on a website. That doesn't include anything extra for model release. If you can get what Fotoquote lists, that would be great but their prices are usually more than most publishers will pay. Good luck!
