When I buy, I always pay with credit card, even through paypal. This way I know the credit card company will be behind me. "Membership has its privileges" and all that. Selling is a bit tricky, as someone can always try to screw you over, so I tend to sell on forums rather than on eBay but I have done both and no problem so far. For gears that I know MUST work, I just go to KEH, popflash etc. On Sat, Feb 12, 2011 at 4:37 AM, Nathan Wajsman <photo at frozenlight.eu>wrote: > I would not buy anything costing over $500 on ebay. > > Nathan Wajsman > Alicante, Spain > http://www.frozenlight.eu > http://www.greatpix.eu > http://www.nathanfoto.com > PICTURE OF THE WEEK: http://www.fotocycle.dk/paws > Blog: http://www.fotocycle.dk/blog > > YNWA > > > > > > > > On Feb 12, 2011, at 1:08 PM, Frank Filippone wrote: > > > Search "Leica M9 Body" on that auction place.... > > > > Between $500 and $1000 Discount for Code U > > > > Let's hope the prices for new and used start to drop..... > > > > Frank Filippone > > Red735i at earthlink.net > > > > > > Where, what kind of discounts? > > > > > > > > > > _______________________________________________ > > Leica Users Group. > > See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information > > > > > _______________________________________________ > Leica Users Group. > See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information > -- // richard <http://www.imagecraft.com/> // icc blog: <http://imagecraft.com/blog/> // photo blog: <http://www.5pmlight.com> [ For technical support on ImageCraft products, please include all previous replies in your msgs. ]
