If I were buying a film body today I would pick up a Nikon F100 with a 24mmf1.4, 50mm f1.4 and a 85mm f1.4 and 180mm f2.8 Nikkor lenses, but also a Leica R 100mm macro and get a replacement mount from Leitax. I have both the bodies, but in the end it is a personal thing - if I shoot film at all nowadays, an admittedly rare occurrence, the F100 is the body I reach for - I personally think it is almost the perfect body made.
