It looks more like an M to me. Take a look at the video here - there's a split second that shows him whipping out a camera to take a shot - it's certainly much smaller than the S2 he was shown holding a while back (and nobody ever actually said it was his or that Leica gave him one as a gift) http://www.nytimes.com/2010/11/02/world/asia/02kuriles.html Cheers Douglas On 02.11.2010 22:14, philippe.amard wrote: > > Le 2 nov. 10 ? 22:02, piers at hemy.org a ?crit : > >> >> I assume it is a reference to the S2 in the >> presidential hands. > > Right, for the surrealistic encounter of the two > sorts of weaponry. > > In fact Medvedev visited an island off Japan which > Japan claims its own, call it tourism. > Ambassadors have been summoned and the pressure is > building up prior to a visit the Russian president is > to make to Japan in the coming days. > ph > >> >> On 11/2/10, Jayanand Govindaraj <jayanand at gmail.com> >> wrote: >>> Philippe, >>> What was that about? >>> Cheers >>> Jayanand >>> >>> On Tue, Nov 2, 2010 at 11:17 AM, philippe.amard >>> <philippe.amard at sfr.fr> >>> wrote: >>>> http://tinyurl.com/23lm489 >>>> >>>> Ph >>>> >>>> >>>> >>>> _______________________________________________ >>>> Leica Users Group. >>>> See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug >>>> for more information >>>> >>> >>> _______________________________________________ >>> Leica Users Group. >>> See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for >>> more information >>> >> >> -- >> Sent from my mobile device >> >> _______________________________________________ >> Leica Users Group. >> See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for >> more information >> >>>> NO ARCHIVE > > > _______________________________________________ > Leica Users Group. > See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for > more information >
