My cleaning sequence is: 1. Blow air across the sensor with a rubber-bulb blower with the camera pointing downwards 2. A couple of passes with an Arctic Butterfly Brush 3. First pass with a swab with V-Dust Plus liquid 4. Check shot If not OK, repeat steps 3 and 4 with a new swab If still not OK, repeat steps 3 and 4 with a new swab and Smear Away liquid - this is good for stubborn, oily stains Hope this helps, Douglas On 30.10.2010 17:32, Lluis Ripoll wrote: > Hi, > > This is just an experiment, every time I clean my > sensor is quite difficult to arrive to the > perfection, I use the Lens Pen Tina has recommended > and if I need clean better I use the Swabs with > Eclipse, after several intends, in my opinion the > result is not perfect but I can't appreciate the > small signals of dust on the pictures, even on the sky. > > http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/luisrq/Miscellaneous/L1016567.jpg.html > > > what do you think? > > Saludos cordiales > Lluis > > http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/luisrq/ > http://photo.net/photos/lluisripoll > Blog: > http://lluisripollphotography.wordpress.com/ > > > > > _______________________________________________ > Leica Users Group. > See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for > more information >
