That is correct -- if you're going to do that, you really need to understand 
the sharpening controls, because it's VASTLY different. unsharpened or 
improperly sharpened RAW files look BAD. when you shoot jpeg the camera 
makes a beginning guess at sharpening which is often decent enough.
