It worked great and still does. It's a lot more worrisome, though, to load slide trays with original slides and trust other people to get them back to you. I used to have to make 10 shows of duplicate slides (taking, developing and mounting the duplicates myself) so other people could show the slides. These days, I just burn a CD. That new Leica digital projector is amazing but way out of my reach.
