A fascinating view of 1922 fashions and makeup styles. Sad to think that all
those beautiful ladies would be over 100 if they were alive today. But the
Kodachrome movie stock referred to is not what we would think of as
Kodachrome today. It was a two color process that was later abandoned by
Kodak. All but the name. The "real" Kodachrome three color process was
invented by two musician/photographers, Mannes and Goldovsky (sp.?), in
1935. Allegedly they timed their critical darkroom processes by humming
passages from classical works of music.
