I tested it the other day on my G1 against the Elmarit 90 and the Elmar-C 90 (braced against windowsill, at every aperture, uniform everything else) and the 105/2.5 notably outperformed the other two, especially wide open, but also at every other stop down to f/16. It's an amazing lens.
