[Leica] three questions: C41 b/w film; Mamiya DM22; why no US version of GF1 w 20mm kit?

Isn't that ILFORD on 115 W Century Road in Paramus?  Not so much the 
corprate park as compared with Fairfield NJ.  Paramus is the Mall 
capital of the East coast.  My mom is buried not far from there, in 
George Washington Memorial park.
