I like my Wacom tablet.  It also has a mouse that rides on the tablet in 
addition to the pen.  I'm left-handed and pretty much ambidextrous 
(amphibious? I forget), so I keep a mouse to the right and a tablet on 
the left....thinking about Van Morrison for some reason.
