[Author Prev] [Author Next] [Thread Prev] [Thread Next] [Author Index] [Topic Index] [Home] [Search]Just for the record, since Rabs hasn't seen it yet or chosen to speak up, First Amendment-wise, putting a suitcase down and running in an Egyptian cafe is an almost exact analogy to yelling fire in a crowded theater, which as a category of speech has long been held by the judiciciary NOT to be protected; as slander and libel are not protected; as threats against the president and other public officials are not protected (too bad, sometimes); and as "obscenity" is not protected, though that's a rat's nest and best not explored in hope of finding even a shred of reason.
