That is 1/4000 and no S Mode. >From the LCD display you can see a different menu selection for lens detection and a rearranged menu. Also the 'protect ' button has become a dedicated ISO button. I don't see any difference near the Menu button you mention? On top you can see that the 'chrome' now is grey.
