They also can give you a nasty bite with their itty-bitty needle teeth when you try to remove the hook! Well worth it not to substitute - not the same fish as the Portuguese catch in the Atlantic. Oodles of great Black Cod recipes. Don't overlook Japanese cuisine here, either. Bon Appetit!
