I had mine fitted with a Japanese made LTM adapter - have not heard
of an R adapter - the Japanese contact no longer makes these adapters

Seth.... how do you get a Makro-Switar to fit a Leica Reflex camera?

Did it focus to infinity?

Was there a special version?
Lens adapter?
