I'm still under an NDA from my agency not to publish it. "Quantity can't replace quality" is good enough, but is not quite what Dr K meant when you consider the context of the rest of his speech. The two halves of Geoff's quote are about a page and a half apart in the original copy. The first part refers to a comparison between Japanese volume production policies and the policies at Leica.
