I assume this is a very high contrast, high sharpness no grain film. The film price is OK but the developer is very expensive. I see in the Massive Developer Chart that Rodinal can be used at a 1+300 dilution. Do you have any idea how this would work out. I'm willing to experiment with anything. As to your problem I would have no idea why it won't scan. Are the negatives real thin (density)?
