OK... I'm willing to listen....

How or why dies the bill diminish your collection capabilities?  Because
your photograph was used in an editorial ( or educational or (I forget the
third condition)) domain and that will not be covered in the Bill?

If this is the case, then Sounds like you want a change in the bill not a
negative vote on the bill.......

There is meat there now!!!  This bill would remove it.  I have 
successfully charged infringers 3X the going rate and received 
payment several times.  This bill removes that possibility!!!
