About Mardi Gras and cr?pes, I read once that it had a link with the moon - both the round shape and the precise moment of the year - and used then in continuation with ancient "tribal" beliefs of western Europeans. Yet, I don't know if the point is true. Thanks for sharing your experience and recipes.
