The guy says any fool knows you don't boil an egg in boiling water.

You let it cool down first so it doesn't taste like rubber.

So his results are skewed.
Beyond recognition.

I guess I'm ok with rubber.
(unboiled eggs?)

Not bought eggs in months-
But got 6 this week to make pancakes from scratch.

Also baking powder and baking soda.

Pancakes are very Leica like if you ask me.
Been saying that on the LUG for years.

When it comes to pancakes I don't fool around.

There's a picture in the subways of a guy with his head on top of a stack of
pancakes.
Makes me hungry every time I walk by.
